Refunds are not available in the following cases:
If the issue is not in our technical side (if it is from your side, your device or a bad internet connection in your country or area), you will not be approved for a refund.
In the event that you violate our terms and conditions and your account is suspended, you will not be approved for a refund.
If you have used our services for a while, you will not be able to get a full refund. For example, if you have a subscription of 12 or less months, and after 8 months of perfect service, you are facing a technical issue on our end that we cannot solve within 10 days. In this case, you will be able to get a partial refund for the rest of the subscription period that you cannot use as a result of the issue.
We will not approve a refund if you enter incorrect connection information, such as (wrong mac address, in addition, once a subscription is activated for a device, it is not possible to switch devices because the previous device has already been activated according to your requirements, whether you did this or you simply want to activate another device, you will not be able to receive a refund for your previous purchase, when you subscribe with us, please make sure you fill in all the correct information, and be sure which device you want to connect. The subscription can be switched only between devices that use the M3U playlist (devices that require the MAC code to connect cannot be switched, subscription is strictly activated for the MAC).
